Welcome to the Ultrasun Online Store, we are in our first 6 months of being online and are still new to the online e-commerce community. There may be things that do not function properly or have hiccups and we do sincerely apologize for that. This site is ever changing and evolving to allow for new products and new changes in general. Please work with us and feel free to email, call or otherwise let us know of the good, the bad, and the ugly so that we can make your experience with us and our online store a great one!

We have tried to make your online searching, buying and otherwise researching as easy as we can and will continue to develop the store and add as much information as we possibly can to make your buying experience a good one. There will always be the addition of new products and the removal of some products that are no longer available as they disappear for ever from the shelves.

We are setup to accept credit card and other forms of payments through PayPal in which do you do not to have an account with PayPal to purchase through them. It is for security purposes that we use a well known and established company as Paypal, and if you choose not to want to use them we do accept wire transfers or you can call and we can take any orders over the phone.

We ship using UPS for 95% of our shipments that do not go on a pallet and ship through a truck carrier. We have daily pickups with UPS but can ship through USPS or Fedex upon special request.

If we receive orders after 3pm EST they will be processed and shipped out the following day, if the orders come in before 3pm EST they will most likely ship the same day unless they are something we do not have in stock or readily available to ship.

You may be wanting to purchase items from the store that you cannot add to the cart, but only view them. There are products that are currently not available online to purchase and thus you will have to call us to order those items. This will change over time and you will notice more and more parts available online. Just give us a call and we will be glad to take your order over the phone for those items or your entire order.
