Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Methods and Carriers
We use UPS for 99% of our shipments unless they are shipped on a pallet (skid) using an expedited freight carrier. Otherwise we can accommodate shipments through FedEx, USPS or other shipment options but those options are only available if you call us and arrange it with our sales staff. There may be additional shipping and/or handling costs for specialty items or shipment methods.

Our goal which is not always possible, is to have every order processed and shipped out the same business day it was received up till 3pm EST, after which it will be processed the following business day. There are many reasons that your order could be delayed, to which it will be shipped out as soon as possible on the next business day. If an item is not in stock or not readily available to ship it could take additional days for us to pack and ship your item. Each order is shipped with tracking and drop-off without signature unless otherwise requested (additional costs will apply). All orders are shipped during normal working (business) days, so Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). So if you are in need of a more expediant shipment, for example a Saturday delivery then you need to call our office and talk to our sales staff about getting delivery sooner than available on the online store.

Once your order has been shipped and processed through our system you will be notified that it has shipped and the tracking information will be made available so it can be tracked online at your convenience.
Shipping to APO, FPO, or DPO Addresses
Because some items cannot be shipped to these destinations we are not shipping to them at all. If you have a special request you can call our office and talk to a sales person and they can see if they can help you.
Shipping to a P.O. Box
We ship through UPS and UPS doesn't ship to P.O. Boxes therefor it is not an option to ship to them from us. Please contact a sales person if you need special shipping assistance.
Shipping & Handling Fees
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order when possible to save on costs. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately online, they can be packaged together during packing but there will be no adjustments to your shipping costs on each order.

Your order will be packed to insure it arrives safe of any normal shipping damages, special cases could cause an order to arrive damaged. All shipments are sent at your own risk, but all special care is taken to protect each and every fragile or non-fraglie item. If there are discrepancies in shipping please notify us right away so that the problem can swiftly be taken care of.
Standard Ground Shipping
Standard Ground shipping varies in how many days it will take to ship from our location in Indianapolis and get to it's destination. To hopefully clear some things up on this, we went to UPS website and plugged in our location (46268) and it gave us a map showing the guestimations on shipping time frames. Please see the image below for clarification.
